This article appeared in the Daily News-Record, a newspaper in Harrisonburg, Virginia, in 1967 telling about Mr. and Mrs. Carl Cheek of Honey Creek, Indiana. The Cheeks traveled to the Shenandoah Valley area of Virginia seeking information about the region. A great number of Fall Creek Township residents migrated from there to Henry County in the 1820s and 1830s.
